Belly Shots Update

The first is at 22 weeks. The second is with AJ at around 16-19 weeks and the last one is with Kohen wearing the same shirt and color pants as with AJ except at 23 weeks with Kohen. I am feeling like this kid is going to stretch me like I never thought possible :( I am not sure why these are not loading nicely and even but oh well. I feel certain Kohen is going to be bigger than Ava because I don't remember being this big at the same time with Ava. I will have to head up to our desktop to look. Either way there isn't much I can do about it except eat healthy. But there lies the problem as a teacher we get tons of junk and yummy goodies all the time. With a sweet tooth like mine its hard to pass them up. Okay so the pics below are mixed up the one with my shirt down is now with Kohen and the one where I was brave enough to lift it is with Ava around 4 months or so with Ava. I think we were making Christmas cards at the time.

It can be done... Right?!

I am 3 weeks away from graduation! WOOHOO!!!
Now the hard part, I have a teacher work sample due today that I probably won't get done in time. I have a research paper due in 2 weeks that I have yet to get approval on from my professor. I have my student teaching portfolio due in 2 weeks and have misplaced my flash drive. I can not take any time off of work due to my school being re-accredited and parent teacher conferences. I have a bad cold that is kicking my butt at the moment. I have my dumb gestational diabetes test next Monday. The upside??
I only have to make it for 3 more weeks and then I can relax for a while until I have Kohen and life gets crazy again. Forgive me if I am MIA for a while. Prayers gladly accepted and positive perspectives appreciated!!

Halloween and Pumpkin Painting

We had a great night! I swear Ava amazes me more and more everyday. It's nights like Halloween when she makes me fall in love even more than I ever thought possible. We practiced the night before and she fell asleep asking me if when she said trick or treat the kids would put candy in her bag. Once I got home from work I got her ready for dinner at my parents house and then off we went. She ate a lot of her food just because we kept telling her that until she ate we couldn't go. My Dad gave her some candy before we headed out and once we got to the neighborhood to trick-or-treat she was so excited. At the first house she said trick or treat and went to take her candy out of the bag to give to the lady. Once she finally understood that she was getting candy she told us "I get candy for us". She was so good and said thank you and happy Halloween to everybody. Some costumes and houses scared her but all in all she loved it. The wonder in her eyes and joy over the small things is the best part of being her Mom. On with the pics...

20 WEEKS???

Well, somehow I am not quite sure how I got to 20 weeks without realizing it. Half way there and feeling bigger than with AJ at this point. I haven't really had any actual problems. Kohen is now kicking regularly and making me believe he going to be a night person. He has taken my appetite lately and nothing really sounds good. I eat when I am hungry but I don't have any type of cravings, kind of makes eating a pain. This is my 19 week pic. We where on our way to pick pumpkins. The booty is given to me by the shorts. I was shocked when I saw it but asked Kevin to verify that my butt is getting bigger and he said he wishes. I on the other hand am happy not to be getting a shelf.
This next pic is my 20 week picture. I am wearing a gap shirt that I thought I would love but I think it has an 80's look that I don't appreciate. I think I look like I should be wearing leggings and
a side pony tail, Anyway it is way roomie and I have tons of room to grow into it. This was after a carnival type thing at my school on Friday night. Sorry for the mess in my kitchen. I promise one of these days I will get to cleaning it up. Somehow I can always think of a 1,000 things to do besides cleaning. We had a MF appointment and I got some new pics of Kohen I will post after we scan them. Dr. Kramer said that my chances for downes cam back at 1 in 18,000. I think I am just doomed to always have a scare with pregnancies. Kevin and I are still pulling at the idea of a 3rd. I pull yes and he pulls no. I think I will wait until Kohen is here before I make a big push for it.

Ava Happenings:

My AJ has had a couple busy weekends the last few weeks. We took her to the Butlers Orchard last weekend to pick a pumpkin. She had such a blast picking one out for her and one for Kohen. Of course now they are both hers. Kevin found a really big one for her. I am just wondering if we should paint it or carve it. Kevin and I aren't experts at carving but we have no clue how to paint a pumpkin either. It was so hot and Ava loved the fall festival at Butlers. My twins I swear this kid looks just like me but she walks and acts just like her dad. They have the same stance and body type. The little pumpkin that looks a little green and moldy is the one that Ava picked out just for Kohen. We let her take it home even though we aren't sure if it will go bad soon. It's been a week and still holding up. I think she had a blast because she has been asking to go back to the Pumpkin Patch. Such a cute kid I have .

18 weeks and counting...

Here I am at 18 weeks. I look like a stuffed sausage, though thankfully I don't feel like one. Nothing really new on the Kohen front. I feel a bit of movement but nothing I can garuantee is baby. I can't wait until Kevin and AJ can feel him love that will be a blast. Ava is doing really well. She is now potty trained and looks so cute in her undies. Yesterday Kevin was singing the wheels on the bus to her and he added the Monkeys on the bus to which she responded Daddy, no Monkey's on the bus Monkey's walk! ROFL!! Besides family work keeps me so busy. I swear being a teacher is a lot of work. It is tons of fun but there is so much preparation involved!!! Until next week :)

Catching Up

Here are some pics from my camera that I took the last few weeks. Also I finally got a chance to scan Kohen's ultrasound. I got a call back from my MF and he said that my second trimester screening came back normal so here is to hoping Kohen is a healthy baby boy. Either way I can't wait to meet him! Here I am at 17 weeks pregnant and other pictures as promised... Kohen's Member

He has his Daddy's head.

We went to Ocean City to weeks ago for my friends son's 3rd birthday.

This past weekend Kevin and I went to the Redskins game. We had AWESOME seats thanks to one of my students.
